About this project
At Pannekoek Orchideeën, we've renovated the top screen. The pull cords, nylon cords, slip blocks, reversing wheels, and the sunshade are being completely replaced. This is ideal now that the sun's rays are less intense, so the plants won't be damaged and will be in top condition again next summer. A fabric with a high shading rate was chosen here to effectively protect the plants from the intense sunlight. The open structure allows heat to dissipate through the fabric to the vents.
