The cassette system is the solution to avoid unwelcome insects in Venlo greenhouses. Huisman Screen Systems supplies and assembles insect mesh cassettes that are prefabricated and custom-made, for fast and efficient assembly at your greenhouse.

Our cassettes, equipped with high-quality folded insectmesh, are delivered on special trestles. Thanks to our innovative and safe mounting shuttles, we can transport large numbers of cassettes at the same time. Our mounting shuttles are suitable for Venlo greenhouses with bay widths of 3.20 to 5.00 metres. This ensures a minimum lead time and maximum efficiency during assembly on the greenhouse roof.

Insect netting cassettes around the air vents

Traditionally, insect screen cassettes are installed between the vent and the greenhouse roof. At Huisman, we also offer a cassette system that can be placed around the vent. This offers several additional advantages:

No drilling required in the window profiles. The unique profile slides over the air vent and is secured to the hinge on the ridge
No risk of condensation water in the greenhouse
Better energy seal
The original rubber seals are retained, the ventilation mechanism does not need to be readjusted
